PROVIDING YOUR CHILDREN WITH THEIR BEST START IN LIFE
Horns Drove Community Childcare
A Very Warm Welcome
“To encourage and support all children to become independent, confident and curious learners who have opportunity to reach their full potential in a safe, caring and enabling environment.”
We provide a pre-school setting during term time, looking after children aged 2 years up to reception age. We also operate a breakfast club for children age 2 years and above, and an after-school club for children aged 3 to 11 years.
During school breaks we offer a holiday club for children aged 3 to 11 years.
The Horns Drove Community Childcare Centre is a community-run charity caring for up to 30 children per day, from across Nursling and Rownhams.
We were established in 1985 by parents looking for a playgroup in the village, and since 2006 we’ve been based in a purpose-built lodge within the grounds of Rownhams St John’s Primary School.
We’re now a team of 3 Directors and over 13 staff, looking after children from across and around the Nursling & Rownhams area.
